Trust me.  I got my own session done originally for my hubby, but in the end, it was really for me.  I've always been fit and muscles were something I owned, but these days, the word, "fit" is hard to come by, and these days, I'm thankful for who I am, today, in this very moment.  I may not be a size 11 like I used to be or have abs to compete with a washboard, but my heart is somewhere its never been before.  I'm in love with the person I am, today, and with my "new body" image, I've come to let go of the vain thoughts or the "skinny" mentality.  I love me!
